Kim Meredith

Kim Meredith is an internationally acclaimed lecturer, sales strategist, negotiator and dealmaker. Kim is founder and chief executive officer of the globally represented The Dealmaker Company. She has been working with blue chip companies on every continent (except Antarctica) for nearly 20 years.

Having held executive positions in business since the late 1980s, Kim’s last corporate position was with a top Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) listed Information Technology group, where she spent four years on the main board as Executive Director of Strategy. During this time, she was responsible for international strategy including actively driving negotiations for key mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

Kim’s passion for business has resulted in her being selected for many prestigious awards. She is currently a finalist for Africa’s Most Influential Women in Government and Business (CEO Magazine) 2013.

Kim has authored four business books:
  •  Dealonomics: How You Can Earn More Money In A Bad Economy; July 2013
  • The Devil In The Deal: 50 Secrets To Successful Dealmaking; 2012.
  • Deal Diva: How To Negotiate Your Way To Success Without Selling Your Soul; 2010.
  • Work Diva: How To Climb The Corporate Ladder Without Selling Your Soul; 2009.
Although she has a BA degree in Clinical Psychology, Kim insists she would make a terrible therapist. She prefers to explore the world than sit in an office with a couch.
